Our play panels conform to the British Standard BS EN1176 and the finish has no hard and sharp-edged parts and all corners, edges or projecting parts over 8mm have 3mm radius. We're happy to work to your designs or can work with you to create something unique.

With Stratos as your trusted machining sub-contractor, you can let your imagination go wild and get creative. Our range of coloured panels come in either single colour, or laminated 2-colour HDPE which is ideal for eye-catching designs.

Our routers can machine complex designs up to 3000 x 2000 x 200mm for unique and sturdy designs that are splinter/shatterproof and are weather, UV, fire, wear and impact resistant for safe, durable designs giving many years of maintenance-free use.
